Data Export API
Retrieve the surveys, questions and responses of your account automatically, for example for a data warehouse or a BI tool.
With the Data Export API, you retrieve the surveys, questions and responses of your PollHero account automatically. For example, you can load the data into a data warehouse, a BI tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI, or your own analyses on a regular basis.

Terms
- Survey: identified by its UUID.
- Question: a question of the published version of a survey.
- Response: one participation with at least one answered question. It contains all answers of that participation. To learn how PollHero counts participations, see How we count impressions, responses and rates.
- Respondent: the person behind a response, optionally with the user attributes you passed via
identify().
Quick start
Step 1: Create an API token in the account management. To learn how, see Authentication.
Step 2: Retrieve your surveys:
